I am a clinical licensed Psychotherapist in California providing mental healthcare to Athletes. As an expert in the fields of Trauma and Peak Mental Performance in Sports, I assist my clients by providing EMDR therapy to release the fears and blocks caused by emotional or physical injuries that result in performance problems on the field. Understanding the neuroscience on how the brain and nervous system affect an athlete’s performance is crucial for expanded success, and can make all the difference when achieving any sports goals.

It’s essential for my athlete clients to get personalized care, whether that’s on the field or through telehealth due to their demanding schedule. Their mental health is the priority. Rather than do things the typical way, I’ve created a system designed around my clients’ needs.

EMDR Therapy
Online, for Athletes to explore and process fears & blocks that are directly contributing to their performance problems. Clients will understand how neuroscience plays a factor in their performance. Typically between 3-5 sessions, meetings are weekly or conducted as intensives.

Athlete On-Site Session
In-person, at your field or arena. This time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health as it shows up in your performance. I will observe you performing your sport to determine where in your body your mental and physical block is represented.

In-person, at your team facility. This training is for athletes and coaches. You will receive HeartMath training, view a live demo & receive handouts for continued Peak Performance training that will enhance your skill and elevate the team .
